Strong and medicinal smell

I was hoping for a minty component to add to some fruity and woodsy elements for the winter. I have to say this is the most medicinal smelling wintergreen I’ve ever smelled . That being said. A little will go a very long way. And by the way it tingled on my skin, there must be some organic oils inside the batch as well. (I’m a candle maker not a biologist so I don’t know the process in making these but know sometimes essential oils are used) I’m desperately trying to find the right balance right now but I think it’s too strong of a FO for you to be able to tell unless it’s in a candle.
