Too sweet

Brown sugar, butter and spices, but also very very sweet, almost maple syrup caramel sweet. Good if you want super sweet, but it's too sweet for me.
Flash Point Issues

I have previously purchased the 4 oz and 8 oz version of this product. I LOVED IT and so did my customers, so I decided to purchase the 16 oz bottle.
I made wax melts with it the other night, and the fragrance is still as amazing as ever, but I visually observed the fragrance burning off at 175 degrees. It was even still burning off at 160 degrees. I double checked my wax temperature several times with a secondary thermometer to confirm the temperature was not hotter than my primary thermometer was reading at.
With over 100 bags of wax melts made... with possibly over 500 bags of wax melts made (not even keeping count anymore), I have never had this happen. With previous purchases of this scent in smaller bottles, it didn't happen.
I have seen the fragrance smoking off a wax warmer before, but never off my wax while making the melts. Am I dealing with a flawed product that has a lower than usual flash point? I can assure you it was nothing I have done differently than in previous wax making. I am just confused about why my fragrance suddenly appears it doesn't have the same flash point and how that could be possible.
