Pay attention to how this sells as it can be confusing, as it was for me anyway. 4 slabs = 1 case. Each slab is 10lbs. It comes in a box broke in half, which is great because dang these things are heavy on their own. Came faster than expected! Less expensive on cost up front and shipping! Thank you for a great product and service!

CMS is the first (non-kit) wax supplier I’ve used, so I have no comparison. The wax melted nicely and I am continually testing percentages in a para/soy blend format. The only negative is that I did not love the cleaning up of the slab needed before I could start work. The black stuff was pretty heavy around the edges and speckled across the top/bottom. I lost a total of 8 ounces due to cleaning up all imperfections before breaking up for easy weighing. That’s a huge disadvantage, but I also have read that this is part of the manufacture process and not the fault of CMS.
